Virginia R. Chick, age 80, of Bedford, died peacefully on July 12, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones. 

She was born in Medford on March 30, 1946, the daughter of the late Raymond B. Pynn and Lillian G. Pynn. She was a longtime Bedford resident. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Chick and sister Patricia.

She leaves behind five children, daughter Kristen Dibble of Worcester; son Matthew Dibble and his wife Suzanne of Methuen; daughter Jessica Wiggins and her husband Chester of Bedford; and two step children, Jeffrey Chick and his wife Susan of Plainville and Douglas Chick and his wife Heather of Rochester.

She also leaves behind nine grandchildren: Jason, Kaitlyn and Emily Dibble, Madison, Benjamin and Mason Wiggins, Jorja Chick, and Tyler and Kelsi Chick.

Honoring Ginny’s wishes, there will be no funeral or celebration of life. The family thanks everyone for their love, support, and understanding during this difficult time.
