Susan Elizabeth DePriest, age 71 of Bedford, died peacefully at Lahey Clinic Burlington on September 21, 2023 after a brief illness. She was born on September 14, 1952 in Salem, MA. She attended Bishop Fenwick High School and University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is predeceased by her parents, the late Curtis Ganong and Mary (Morrissey) Ganong and her sister Julie.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Dr. Oscar S. DePriest IV, DMD of Bedford; children, Jaclyn DePriest of Bedford and Patrick DePriest and his wife Lisa of Hingham; grandchildren, Maxim, Jackson, and Liam; sister Lisa Green and her husband David of Acton, their children Morgan and Ryan; sister Linda Adamczyk and her husband Anthony of Clifton Park, NY, their children Kristen Adamczyk and her husband Karl Schmeider, Katherine Freeman and her husband Patrick, and Michael Adamczyk and his wife Katlin. She is also survived by great-nephews Alejandro, Tomas, and Felix; brothers-in-law, Chucky and Philip DePriest, nephew Charles and niece Theresa.

Visiting hours will be held in Shawsheen Funeral Home on Saturday, October 7, 2023 1-3pm. Family and friends kindly invited.
