Michael David Melvin, 47, of Billerica, passed away on April 13, 2023.

Michael was born in Woburn to Janet and the late Frank Melvin on December 27, 1975. He was a graduate of Bedford High School, graduating class of 1996.

Michael is survived by his beloved daughter Brooke who was the light of his life and his adoring mother Janet Melvin; brothers, Frank Melvin and wife Michele of Chelmsford, Scott Melvin, and wife Dorothy of Billerica, and Todd Melvin and wife Christine of Billerica; sisters, Ruth Antonucci and husband Kevin of Fryeburg Maine and Melissa Alexander and husband Arthur of Billerica. Michael also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored him.

He is predeceased by his father Frank Melvin.

He was loved by all who knew him and is known for his ability to put a smile on your face. Michael loved to laugh!

Visiting hours will be held in Shawsheen Funeral Home on Tuesday April 18th, 2023 4pm-7pm. The Funeral Service will be in the funeral home on Wednesday April 19th, 2023 at 11 am. Family and friends are invited.
