Jennifer L. Plunk, aka Lady Cadillac, age 55, of Boxborough and formerly of Bedford, passed away in her home on February 24, 2021. Jennifer was born on October 4, 1965 to the late Roberta M. Holmes (Donohue) and the late Troy E. Plunk. Jennifer was an only child and a mother of two daughters. She was a strong and caring person and a free spirit who loved everyone without passing judgement. She touched so many lives and made a huge impact on so many people in her life. She loved her family, friends, her animals, reading, and especially her Cadillacs - which was why she was called Lady Cadillac. She is survived by her husband Ben Vinson of Boxborough, daughter Jessica (Jonathon) Van Dusen of Finger, Tennessee, and daughter Noel (fiancé John Holcomb) Driscoll of Darden, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her mother Roberta M. Holms (Donohue) and father Troy E. Plunk. Funeral Services were private.
