Frederick J. Grof, age 84, of Bedford, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 18, 2025.

Fred is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Carol Grof (Caney); his three sons, Daryle Grof and his wife Lee Hughes of Manchester, NH, Kevin Grof and his wife Theresa (Malon) of Dayton OH, and Brian Grof of Bedford MA; and his cherished grandchildren, Katherine, Henry, and Frederic. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Russell Caney of Mansfield MA, and Russell's children, who held a special place in Fred's heart.

Fred proudly served his country as a Vietnam veteran in the United States Air Force.

A graveside service was held Tuesday, June 24, 2025 in The Gardens at Gethsemane in West Roxbury, MA.
