Edward P. Modoono Jr, valued groundskeeper of Shawsheen Funeral Home for 35 years, died on July 3, 2025 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington after a tragic accident.

Ed was born on March 16, 1964 in Arlington, MA.

He is survived by his aunt Jane Messina and uncles, Paul T. Modoono and Kenneth Veno and cousin Paul B. Modoono. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, "Danny."

Ed is predeceased by his parents, the late Joan and Edward Modoono Sr. of Bedford; his aunt Ruth Veno and uncles, Alfred Messino and Sylvestor Modoono.

A Graveside Service was held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 in Shawsheen Cemetery, Bedford where he is buried with his parents.
