Obituary

Beverly Annette (Brown) Savioli of Bedford, MA, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026, surrounded by her children.

Beverly was born in Malden, MA, on April 26, 1932, the daughter of the late Helen (Irving) and William Brown. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Savioli; her four siblings: Russell, Barbara, Virginia, and William Brown; and her nephew, Gary Perrin.

In 1950, Beverly graduated from Malden High School and remained a proud alumna throughout her life, actively serving on the reunion planning committee. In the 1970s, she was employed at Goldberg and Glasier Law Firm as a legal secretary for many years, where she made lifelong friendships.

Dance was her forte. She took ballroom dance lessons, which is how she met the love of her life, Anthony Savioli, who swept her off her feet. Together, they raised five children whom they adored. In 1975, Anthony built Beverly’s dream home for her and their family.

Beverly was deeply committed to her family and friends. Those whose lives she touched will remember her as a kind-hearted, classy, and elegant woman. Bev enjoyed all sorts of gatherings and was always the life of the party. She loved vacationing in Onset, Eastham, and Boothbay, and cherished the many cruises and trips she took over the years.

Bev leaves behind her children and their partners: Lauren (Savioli) and David Combs, Scott and Cathy Savioli, Cheryl (Savioli) and Gregory Fougere, Christine Savioli and Ron Vanasse, and Andrea (Savioli) Donnellan and Carl Sanuth.

She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren: Jonathan Combs, Adam Combs, Lisa Roe and her husband Eric, Katie Harrington and her husband Ethan, Erin Donnellan and her wife Holly, Jacqueline Fougere, Sara McHugh, Brianna Fougere, Marissa McHugh, and Lexie McHugh; her 3 great-grandchildren: Claire, Weston, and Brooks, who will miss their Nana dearly; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews from the Brown and Perrin families.

Visiting hours will be held in Shawsheen Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 5pm to 8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 9:30am with burial to follow in Shawsheen Cemetery. Family and friends are invited.
